SUMMER INFORMATION 2026
Main Office Hours:
The Main Office at MVEC will reopen on Wednesday, August 26th (Mr. Smith and Admin Assistant only). Teachers return on Tuesday, September 1st, but will be engaged in the Organizational Day on the 1st, followed by a Professional Learning Day on the 2nd. The first day of school for students is Thursday, September 3rd. A reminder that our Open House/Curriculum Night is scheduled for the evening of September 1st from 6:00 – 7:30pm. We hope that you will come out, meet the teachers and see our learning spaces!
Accessing Report Cards, IPPs and Adaptations:
Adaptations, IPPs and report cards will be emailed to all families (P-6) by 10 am on June 30th. You will find an email in your inbox from our Edupost account with instructions. If you have difficulty finding any of these files, please email Mr. Smith (tsmith@hrce.ca) over the summer.
School Supplies:
School Supplies are provided for all families for the upcoming 2026 – 2027 School Year by the MVEC School Advisory Council. Suggested purchases for families are: reusable water bottle, lunch container, backpack, and indoor footwear.
